Made to you

This one can be made again, differently

Nothing in the collection is a fixed article. Any piece here can be re-proportioned, re-set in another metal, shortened, lengthened or re-drawn around a stone you already own.

Bring the piece, or a photograph of one you remember, and Casey will draw the version that is yours.

Every piece begins as a drawing

Nothing here starts in a catalogue. Casey draws first, on paper, in front of you, and only once the drawing is right does anything get modelled, cast or set.

Our process

Materials, and where they come from

916 and 999 gold, bought and assayed locally. Stones are selected with you and come with an independent report, we will show you the ones we rejected as well.

The journal

A piece that can be made again

Every design here can be re-proportioned, re-set in another metal, shortened or lengthened, or re-drawn around a stone you already own. The catalogue is a starting point, not a limit.

All pieces

Checked four times before it leaves

At the bench, after setting, after polishing, and once more the morning it is collected. Anything that does not pass goes back, which is why lead times are quoted honestly rather than optimistically.

What our clients say

In their words Testimonials TBC

“I came in with my grandmother’s ring, which no longer fit anyone. Casey drew three ways to keep the stone and let me choose. My daughter will wear it next.”
S. Tan · Bespoke reset
“What I did not expect was being shown the stones they turned down, and told why. That is the reason I bought here rather than at a mall counter.”
A. Rahman · Engagement ring
“It arrived in a plain box with a card written by hand. Small thing. It is the part my wife still talks about.”
J. Lim · Anniversary bracelet
Questions

Before you commission

How long does a piece take?

Two to three weeks for a catalogue piece, four to six for a bespoke commission counted from the day you approve the drawing. Stone sourcing can add time; we tell you before you commit. Policy TBC

Why is there no price on some pieces?

Gold is quoted at the day’s rate, so a printed number on a hand-made gold piece would be wrong within a week. Casey confirms the figure with you, in writing, before anything is made.

Can I use a stone or gold I already own?

Yes, and it is one of the most common things we do. Bring the piece; we will assess the stone, tell you honestly whether it should be re-used, and quote the reset separately.

Do you resize?

One complimentary resize or length change within twelve months, then at cost. Most rings move up to three sizes safely; heavily set bands less. We will say which yours is. Policy TBC

What if I do not like the finished piece?

You approve a drawing and, for bespoke, a CAD render before casting, so there are no surprises at the end. If something is genuinely not as agreed, we remake it. Returns policy TBC

Do you ship outside Malaysia?

Yes, tracked and insured. Duties and taxes at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility. Rates TBC
